SHIPMENT
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after the receipt of payment and are shipped via carrier with tracking and drop-off without signature. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you a link to track your package online.
Shipping charges include the cost of packaging and postage. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We can not group two distinct orders placed separately, and it will be applied to each of the shipping charges. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

DOMESTIC SHIPMENT
To ensure the receipt of the order in perfect condition we use packaging suitable for the protection and preservation of the most perishable products. Will be used polystyrene packaging and practical bags of gel ice, sturdy cardboard recyclable boxes, double wave. We try to make our packaging according to a very high standard, to fit in the most rigid security measures required by couriers worldwide. The management of packaging and shipping require compliance with the HACCP procedures relating to food safety.
Within 24 hours of your order the package will be prepared and delivered to the carrier, depending on the destination, ensuring the delivery within 48 hours.
Unfortunately, the logistics services that serve the island, despite the seriousness and diligence with which shipments are handled by carriers, extend approximately 12 hours the national average delivery times.
At the time of shipment the tracking code will be given, the customer can check any time the progress of the box. Limits of weight or volume does not exist. A discount on transportation will be granted, commensurate with the amount of product or to the value of the purchase. Given the delicacy of our products, we use only express couriers. For national and international deliveries we use TNT Global Express, Bartolini and SDA. The fresh and perishable products will be sent from Monday to Wednesday, while the non-perishable items such as wine or dried pasta, will be sent in every weekday.
For large orders, for example, over 30 kg, we rely on the experts of the fresh logistics, as Stef Cavalieri or Af Sardinia, thanks to which the food will be delivered at your address in controlled temperature (3-5 °). In this case the shipping will take about one day later, but the order will be processed on any day of the working week.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT
You can buy products in the catalog from any country of the European Community, the service will be extended as soon as possible also to countries outside Europe. As for the delivery to the EU countries, considering on average 48-72 hours. Rates instead will be compiled for each different destination and divided by the same weight classes indicated for the domestic leg.
